If you feel like a different person over the course of an extremely short time span regularly (weeks, days, hours) then the best thing to do is to find the common factors between these personas to guide them towards a common goal. These headspaces may feel very different, but you have to look at it closer to see they have more in common than you think. One of the best ways to deal with this is to write in down in some form or fassion, be it through many short writings or long-form writing. Even if these writings aren't directly related to analyzing yourself, writing down your ideas gives an intuitive insight to who you are eventually, it just pops out from what you've written. Generally, I believe it's better to release these things to the public, because it gives more of a sense of being understood, even if by a few people, even if you don't have a true relation to those people.

You just have to create, in some way, to express yourself or you'll be stuck in yourself and your own mind. Perhaps this can be done through private writing and a journal as well, so if you're afraid of releasing your internal thoughts and ideas to people, then you can start with that, but regardless it's a very important thing to do for some kinds of people. It doesn't matter if some people don't relate to you or don't understand, what matters is some people do at the very least. The broadcasting of your ideas and so on cannot be understated, it's a natural human need that's been repressed through the destruction of the local community. It seems people feel lost because they simply don't have people to talk to, because they don't have an outlet for their emotions and their ideas. There are people waiting out there to understand you and what you say, you just have to go out there and do it.

The internet is one of the easiest ways of doing this, and indeed to some people, releasing their ideas the public can make them more confident with their ideas in real life. Partially because they've already fully verbalize them in a more formal way, and because to release them requires you to already have accepted the fact that some people will think you're stupid, or you're weak, and so on. So, you should go out and in some way release your emotions by releasing your writings and ideas, even if you think they're silly or repetitive, or nothing new. You don't need to make something new, you just need to release yourself. Regardless of your current state, you can almost always benefit from self-expression, or more self-expression.
